Sincerely, it was a wonderful stay on vacation. This was a stunning location just off the cruise ship, and fine dining restaurant. Again, the hotel was a 10-15 minute walking distance from West Cliff Lift. The staff were accommodating and helped us with private parking.

Generally, the place was gorgeous and had responsible staff in all areas. Truly enjoyed the deluxe king room with whirlpool tub on the balcony and the way it was setup. The hotel had excellent location really close to the Red Level gardens, a different restaurant in the close neighborhood, and the Canary Islands. There was Tapas & Bar el Veril nearby to grab something to eat.

The location was lovely and excellent: local markets and a market were within walking distance. I was surprised at nearby Sun Bean Bar Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks.
