Sincerely, it was a wonderful stay on vacation. This was a stunning location just off the cruise ship, and fine dining restaurant. Again, the hotel was a 10-15 minute walking distance from West Cliff Lift. The staff were accommodating and helped us with private parking.

The restaurant was very nice for breakfast, I tried delicious dishes. Separate bathrooms, that included a hydro massage shower. The location was perfect and peaceful - just walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go. Btw, it was at a medium distance from a live music venue.

The deluxe room was gorgeous, had a private safe, a mini-bar, and a sofa bed. The breakfast was good, with tapas and the staff was fantastic. Its location was marvellous, not far from the ' tunnel ', where to have breakfast, and all the restaurants.

Generally, the place was gorgeous and had responsible staff in all areas. Truly enjoyed the deluxe king room with whirlpool tub on the balcony and the way it was setup. The hotel had excellent location really close to the Red Level gardens, a different restaurant in the close neighborhood, and the Canary Islands. There was Tapas & Bar el Veril nearby to grab something to eat.

Its deluxe king room was luxurious with a very nice view, a bed the size of Texas, a balcony. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Playa de Alcala. There were local markets and a market around the hotel.

My stay was really really nice for 5 nights in the Red Level for our Ruby wedding anniversary. Really enjoyed my deluxe double room. The location was lovely and excellent: local markets and a market were within walking distance. I was surprised at nearby Sun Bean Bar Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks. There was lovely terrace restaurant with fresh meals.
