The breakfast was free and absolutely superb, the check in was smooth. The bedroom was neat and newly renovated. Very pleasant staff with the fantastic service of the lifeguards by the pool and the setting was stunning.

The hotel was fabulous and fairly clean, had perfect views of the mountains and the sea. The location was great, the staff were very pleasant. And it was also near restaurant, the garden area across the road, and mountain. I greatly enjoyed the breakfast, it was absolutely superb and free.

Really enjoyed the place, had a lovely stay for activities in the hotel anyway. The room was airy and newly renovated, we had a good size balcony, a flat-screen TV, and an additional bed. The location was good and beautiful down towards the seafront and met what was needed.

The provided service was perfect. The room we stayed in was neat and airy with a balcony and -3 level plus air conditioning. The staff were both courteous and exceptional. The location was great, next to a park and the bay.

Amazing and magnificent location, in waterfall. Very close to main shopping area, restaurants, gift shops, coffee shops, supermarkets, bus stop for excursions as well as parks and plazas.

The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a shopping area, short walk to supermarket, the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, which is easy for getting around and the general areas and the individual rooms. The rooms were newly renovated and airy with with mount Teide in the background, a balcony, as example, just what was needed. The location was good, relatively close to Lake Martianez Leisure Park. The authentic bar was huge!
