It was a nice little hotel in a decent area, really close to the bus station, beach, restaurants, Plaza Charco and the centre of the old town, and trees along the centre. The staff were great all the time of my stay. I spent here 3 excellent days and will be back.

Perfect place for 4 nights in Puerto de la Cruz, absolutely great hotel. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Location - magnificent, not far from all the amenities, bus station, shops and access to centre of town, the Plaza del Charco, heart of Puerto de la Cruz and restaurants. Besides, easy to get to Plaza Charco. Early check in and fast check out. Not to mention very good wifi!

The personnel was lovely offered me an incredibly comfortable room with hairdryer, a TV plus warm blankets for the winter months. The location was great and lovely - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. Moreover, it was about 10 mins walk from Playa de San Telmo.

All the staff was great and kind, fixed my issues. It was fantastic, bright and with attention to details. The room had an iron, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea makers plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

Its location in Puerto de la Cruz was marvellous and fantastic, close enough to restaurants, the harbour, restaurants and quiet bars and centre of town. Adequate king room was comfortable. All the staff was lovely, tackled my issues.
