The property was luxurious with super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff with guest relations manager, I really enjoyed the stay. The bedroom was spotless and brand-new. The beds were comfy and I had a free safe, a balcony, and a hair dryer. This location was good and fab, right by Playa de las Americas as well as own beach.

Everything was very convenient, the parking was on site, the room was spotless and airy. The staff was extremely accommodating and affable, always there to help. The food was fabulous, drinks were cool. This hotel was located in a very central area very close to the nicest restaurants in the resort, shops / restaurants and a cafe. Also, Light and Music Fountain was at a short distance.
