The staff was superbly friendly and helpful and the place was clean. Overall it was exceptionally clean with a balcony. This hotel was located in a central area close enough to downtown as well as that are on other side of the street. Also, the venue was close to Liverpool Central Library.

The marvellous location was not very far from St Johns Market. It was tastefully decorated, cosy and with a balcony. Everywhere there was clean. The staff was incredibly nice, amiable all the time.
