The venue was wonderful and pleasant, I loved the stay and the location was beautiful near nice restaurants, a stunning park and a supermarket around and plenty of nice restaurants + a bakery. I was offered a room with lovely views of botanical gardens. Thanks to the very polite and exceptional staff everything was nice.

Pleasant staff, priceless views of the park, everything is excellent. Regarding price, think it's fantastic value for money, had a very nice stay on vacation. Double room is cheap, has a large bathroom. It includes a safe, a minibar, and an electronic key card.

Unbeatable location in the central area, near the Gom restaurant, the biggest park in Santa Cruz, still easy to reach by car and bus and the centre of the City.

Luxurious hotel and the location in the Gom restaurant was perfect. The employees were outstandingly accommodating and brilliantly friendly. The service was very good, the food was outstanding. Besides, the parking was on-site. This property was fantastic value for money as opposed to other options.

The venue's position was central. There was Macusamba, located nearby, where we relaxed. The restaurant was excellent, it had hot meals.

Everything was simply great. Loved our clean and gorgeous rooms, plus the staff was good. It was fantastic value for money with a modern decor. All in all everything was really good, had a late check-out until 2 pm. The location was best possible and comfortable, really close to the beautiful park and a pleasant walk into the city, the town centre, and the main shopping streets and port, and the a car park was an excellent bonus.
