Really enjoyed my really lovely stay for five nights during winter time. The venue was set in the central position near to the bus station which is clean and tidy with helpful information staff, and restaurants and the island resort Loro Park. Moreover, such amazing tourist destinations as a chain casino were next to this place.

I lovely spend 2 nights in Puerto de la Cruz. The room was neat, with exceptionally comfortable bed and a hairdryer, a bidet, and fresh towels in the bathroom. I spent some time with hot drinks in the good poolside bar.

Everything was nice, helpful staff, splendid views of Teide mountain. Greatly enjoyed the location that was absolutely perfect and really close to attractions like "Loro Parque", shops, beach, restaurants and the see and city center. A cool bonus was Mi Pan de Siempre, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. The breakfast was rich and perfect and there was a good choice of amazing food.

The place was great relaxing and restaurant was nice. Perfect breakfasts with good tastes and broad selections and a B & B rate, the staff were all in all exceptional. The location was marvellous and perfect - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. This hotel was in a very quiet area.

The property's location is marvellous and lovely, adjacent to a lot nice restaurants within 5min walking distance as well as the Loro park which is one of the biggest futurist attraction on Tenerife. Besides, we liked the lake, located within 15 mins walk of the hotel.
