The property's location is best possible and quiet, not far from a reasonably priced Spanish chain supermarket, a restaurant in resort and all the shopping centres and excellent sea views. Everyone who works in the hotel is especially helpful and competent. It has a nice size and nicely decorated rooms.

My favourite property in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Wonderful and fairly clean place, particularly good view right on the ocean. Exceptional location, at a moderate distance from Plaza de Santo Domingo. Just 10 min walk to downtown. Bright and clean room and exceptionally comfortable bed.
No balcony at all.

The breakfast was adequate and very very good and complete with crispy bacon and enough selections, as example. Its location was central, a minute walk from La Guarida del Blues.

Everything was good, so were nice views of the sea. Bed was extremely comfy and the room was brand-new. The staff was competent throughout our stay. The location was excellent and incredible, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from The Room. There were shopping centres and a supermarket around the hotel.
