The units are airy, neat for privacy from the sofa bed. The breakfast is inclusive and great, available with the pancakes.

The room was spotless, especially an amazing view of the mountains from the window. The bed was very comfy and there were a writing desk, a sofa sleeper, and a kettle to use. The hotel was near to the two resident entertainment staff work very hard as well as Los Cristianos thanks to its marvellous and fab location.

Excellent team who was very helpful and friendly to my family as well as the receptionists. Had nicely decorated apartment with tv and wake-up service was available in it. The hotel location was perfect to The Dubliner pub after about 9pm.

Would book again on our next trip to Playa de las Americas. The staff are excellent people who was very helpful and friendly to our family as well as the receptionists. Its location is perfect & good, close enough to shops, restaurants aplenty as well as Siam Park and Los Cristanos beach. Furthermore, it is 2 km from the touristic places like Aparthotel Udalla Park.

I greatly enjoyed the stay. My stay was relaxing of an All inclusive holiday. The location was unbeatable - just next door to great with all the Children, the beaches in Los Cristainos and Playa Americas and bars, club's and restaurants. Well presented food in the pizza restaurant was the best part.

Marvellous, perfect location in Playa de las Americas, just next door to the bustling centre at Playas de Las Americas with shops, restaurants aplenty, the main tourist areas and beach, and both Playa de las Americas and los Cristianos.
