The stay was fantastic. Absolutely spotless units with a bath as well as a nice sized bathroom, and the staff were pleasant. This location was excellent, right by the island, most main attractions and Siam park.

The pool was heated and the staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The rooms were large and immaculate, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. And it had a lovely view of the mountains. The location was perfect and excellent in a quiet area, near to the island, Los Cristianos and Las Americas, and a Starbucks and various clothes shops. There was an a la carte restaurant nearby.

It was clean, the staff was hard-working and very amiable, plus the service was good. The location of the hotel was particularly good and perfect - at a moderate distance from Bispham Parish Church. There was a fantastic restaurant, a shopping centre and a large supermarket next door.

Everything was perfect, and it had free wi-fi. The staff were hard-working and very amiable and knew their area. All in all room was well-equipped and airy; also provided a bath. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent for first time visitors to Playa de las Americas. Appreciated our stay there and would come here again.
