No reason to complain, the venue met the purpose, 100% recommend it. The hotel was what we truly enjoyed during new year. The location was good, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a large aquarium. And it was also just next door to the restaurants, bus station shops, and main bus station and science museum and beach.

Loved every minute of being there, would recommend. The hotel was great, with flexible staff. The venue had an incredible location so close to Santa Catalina. You could walk to a supermarket and shops. Comforts of new-fashioned penthouse apartment with balcony were fabulous. The room had an electric kettle, a microwave, and an electronic key card plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

I didn't want to say goodbye and would absolutely stay here again. Had relaxing 12 nights in this hotel that's why I appreciated that. Very central location was a plus. On top of that, bars and restaurants were close to the property. I was upgraded to a modern studio with balcony. All the employees were amicable and excellent.

It's an absolutely great hotel for a new year in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. All the staff is very friendly and is engaged to make your stay really great. The location is good, just a short stroll away from Santa Catalina. Would love to go back, nothing to complain about, liked our stay.
