It was in a decent location so close to Irish bars and the main promenade and sandy beach. Moreover, it was 2 km from Cleveleys Front Promenade. Our room was well-equipped and kept really clean.

I appreciated the room, which was huge and contemporary. The bathroom was wonderful with dressing gowns and towels. The pool area was heated and the location was great and beautiful, so close to the Lake District, lovely beach Plenty of restaurants and serving A la Carte. There was Number Seven Restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

I wonderfully spend 3 nights in Puerto del Carmen. The staff was courteous, polite, and everything was good. The breakfast was excellent, it offered variety of yummy food. The location of the hotel was stunning, close to cocktail bar. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was exemplary. I greatly enjoyed the stay.

The area contains some restaurants like the nags head within 5 minutes' walk. Set really close to playa chica beach. The bed was great. We had fun in the pool of the hotel.
