Fairly clean and the staff was excellant. The location was the best and practical, in a very cozy area of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, it's a plus. And it was also right by bus station to north airport as well as the center. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus.

Handy base for 2 nights. Reasonably large rooms on the covered terrace, really really nice stay! A lot of goodies for breakfast. Practical central location, next to bus station to north airport, airport and the downtown, good location for bus station and supermarket 'Mercadona'. A lot of food options at a short distance from the venue. The hotel of choice in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Pretty standard hotel with EXTREMELY FRIENDLY staff and I appreciated beautiful location.

We were very impressed and will come back. Stayed here before, liked staff and rooms. The rooms was very clean and spacious. Great hotel, close to the downtown, 10 minutes' walk. For tea or coffee visit paladar by romera nearby.
