It had prime location, just off cozy restaurants and shops, and old town. All members of the staff were very very helpful and really efficient. The whole room was nicely furnished and brand-new with which should be much bigger, a huge terrace and a spacious balcony overlooking Teide.

We had a such great stay in a long time. The breakfast was tasty and the place was clean. This accommodation was in the very central location close to everything. Further, it was next to the center of the old part of Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife sometime in the future and restaurants.

I've booked standard quadruple room with a large balcony and everything was brand-new. The location was magnificent and marvellous, next to the old centre, many restaurants and shops and Puerto de la Cruz. Also, Cleveleys Front Promenade was 3 km away.
