Brilliant overall experience. It's an attractive hotel with modern design and professional staff. Lovely pool, prime location next to the sea. Based near a shop called Sabina on a corner, never heard a thing and Central to supermarket.

The staff are obliging and the room is comfy and outstanding with lovely view. Glad to have a private safe, central heating, and an iron. It has brilliant, great setting, just off the centre of Puerto del Carmen, restaurants, taxis, car hire, bus stop, bars and direct access to the sea, and the sea.

Overall it was a fantastic stay for a family vacation. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was fairly good. A refrigerator and a washing machine were a huge plus. The location seemed marvellous and beautiful central to supermarket & restaurants.

Loved this hotel, had 9 quiet days here. It was reasonably large and spotless with a tv, good enough for a family holiday. Efficient and excellent staff, answered all questions. The location was very central, incredible on the seafront. My food was cheap and brilliant.

It was a such wonderful stay for a family vacation. The location in a very friendly area was amazing and beautiful and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. I was surprised at nearby Titto, they had some goodies, drinks.

I came here with my adult children. In general the staff were excellent and very very helpful. I walked everywhere, the location was fantastic, so close to sea. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from El Barranquillo.

The location was great right on the seafront. Moreover, it was short walk to the main promenade from Puerto del Carmen, and the beach the reception and the strip.
