The hotel is so nicely presented and modern, the staff is very amiable! They offer great-sized, newly renovated rooms with bathroom well presented and a separate toilet. The breakfast is large, local food.

Everything was very good, nice staff, lovely views of the ocean. The hotel was close to a restaurant as well as the center of Puerto de la Cruz thanks to its stunning location. I found The Red Lion offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

Silent and clean place, great view of the sea. Excellent and stunning location close to Loro park, and 15 minute walk from a 13.5-hectare zoo. And near local shopping centre and Taxis and the center of the town.

The rooms are modern looking for kids too, and the location is stunning to the center of Puerto de la Cruz. There is a personal safe, an air conditioning, and a sofa bed - that's always a plus. The customer service is great, they offer shuttle to the town. By the way, the parking fee is gbp 10 per day.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Sincerely, it was a really enjoyable stay during the holidays. The breakfast was large - lots of dishes. The rooms they have were great modern and recently refurbished with an ashtray, bathroom well presented and a balcony. Peaceful and magnificent location disappointed in the establishment was a plus.

Really enjoyed staying at the modern looking and fashionable room with bathroom well presented. The location was good for exploring Puerto de la Cruz. And the area was relatively quiet, close to good free bus to local shopping centre and the public areas.

Spent 7 nights here with my young children, had a very special stay overall. The location disappointed in the establishment was particularly good and magnificent for me. Moreover, it was not far from Loro park and really pleasant beach Jardin, good free bus to local shopping centre and centre. The great service and shuttle to the town far exceeded my expectations. Could use their free parking.

The nearby restaurant, bahia del valle gastrobar, was as close as 400 metres from the hotel. Location so close to loro parque. The WiFi was a cherry on top.
