The rooms are modern looking for kids too, and the location is stunning to the center of Puerto de la Cruz. There is a personal safe, an air conditioning, and a sofa bed - that's always a plus. The customer service is great, they offer shuttle to the town. By the way, the parking fee is gbp 10 per day.

Moreover, it was not far from Loro park and really pleasant beach Jardin, good free bus to local shopping centre and centre. The great service and shuttle to the town far exceeded my expectations. The nearby restaurant, bahia del valle gastrobar, was as close as 400 metres from the hotel. Location so close to loro parque. The WiFi was a cherry on top.
